I pray everyone had a blessed Easter! We had a nice time with family, and I definitely ate A LOT! As my due date gets closer, I'm trying to get more meals into the freezer, so I'll be cooking double of several freezer friendly meals this week.

-Tomato Basil Soup with Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Fresh Fruit (making extra soup for the freezer)
-Mexican Lasagna, Green Salad, Homemade Ranch Dressing (making extra Lasagna for the freezer)
-Pesto Pasta with Steamed Green Beans and Garlic Bread
-Leftovers
