This week I'm starting to feel, well, very pregnant. I have to wear flip-flops unless someone is home to help me get my socks on (it was 47* and raining this weekend, so I'm glad my husband was home!)
As a result, I have easy, low-prep meals planned for this week. I'll probably stay around $60 for the week in groceries after counting in our mid-week produce run.
Breakfasts
-Crepes with Fresh Sliced Strawberries x 2
-Coconut Milk Pancakes with Fresh Fruit x 2
-Bagels and Fresh Fruit
-Cinnamon Rolls with Fresh Fruit
Lunches
-Out to Eat x 2
-Bean and Rice Burritos
-Leftovers
-Tuna Sandwiches, Chips, Fresh Fruit x 2
Dinners
-Spinach, Mushroom, Feta Pasta, with Roasted Zucchini and French Bread
-Leftovers x 2
-Shredded Greek Chicken Gyros (using Greek Chicken recipe, but trying to adapt it to the crock pot to shred!), Tzatziki Sauce, Roasted Zucchini
-Mojo Grilled Fish Tacos, Cabbage Slaw, Pinto Beans (using black bean recipe with pinto beans)
-Grilled Burgers, French Fries, Corn on the Cob, Green Beans
